Applicants must have income at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines or be determined automatically income-eligible based on participation in certain programs, such as Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)/Food Stamps, or Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (KTAP).
